Biography
Scott Sandefur recently retired as the Vice President of Manufacturing Workforce Strategy for General Motors, following a long career as lead labor negotiator between GM and the UAW. Currently, he is the Chairperson for Focus:Hope in Detroit, a civil and human rights organization, and is a Senior Advisor at Global Labor & Employee Relations Network.

Sandefur primarily teaches the MA seminars on strategic analysis of human resources issues in North America (ELR 8500) and international labor relations (ELR 8000).
