Biography
Reginald Jenkins serves as the 2nd Deputy Fire Commissioner in the Detroit Fire Department and teaches courses for the MA ELR program on labor relations and public sector labor relations.
Jenkins brings to the classroom a wealth of knowledge from negotiating with city management on behalf of the Detroit Fire Fighters Association.
Jenkins has been teaching with the ELR program since 2011.
